Intuitive Development: Yet More Good Stuff

I adore writing about intuitive development, but I tend to perform that task in a rather random manner. I know I have not shared today’s gems with you, though. So, sit your crack down, and prepare to learn.

So there are many activities one can undertake to develop intuition/psychic ability/whatnot such as that. Practicing, journaling, blah, blah and blah are all helpful. One thing I think many folks don’t mention is that you need to keep your own energy moving in order to read and/or connect with energy. If your auric field is constipated, pour it a heaping dose of invisible Milk of Magnesia by moving your body. Vigorously propelling my body about is my preferred method, but even a slow stroll will help. Yoga is dandy for clearing chakras and moving clogged yuck. Some people DESPISE exercise. When I was a weight loss counselor, clients sometimes gaped at me in horror when I mentioned walking around the block–I didn’t tell them to cut their tits off to lose weight, for John sake, just move that booty. If you really don’t like to move, please at least consider walking a few blocks. Anything can help.

Energy work–reiki, acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy—there are more types of energy work designed to get your juju jumping than you can shake a stick at. Don’t know where to start? Begin with reiki. I think of it as the GP of energy work–it gets all areas of the body and aura zipping along again. Most of my clients snooze through their sessions and awaken blissed out and relaxed. Men and women both report increased clarity, vitality, and fewer aches and pains-among other benefits.

Massage–who doesn’t want their stiff muscles softened? Avoid sports massage or deep tissue work unless you do exercise boisterously or have massive muscle knots. There is nothing like getting the crap pounded out of my neck and back to help me connect with the Spirit realm.

Another fantastic idea is sex. Unless you are like Anna Nicole Smith and married to a 91 one year old, you should get enough movement from that to knock something loose.

Are you ready to move it? Jolly good then! The more you do, the better you will feel vibrations.
